Ego is awesome. I can'thelp but to belive that his voice was originally intended for the late Tony Jay though. Think of it, his manner of speaking is almost identical and his apperance is very reminding about Frollo from Hunchback of Notre Dame.

they say they based his character design off a vulture and that really does show, especially as he turns away and leaves, his posture there shows it off. I love his walk best though, and the camera goes lower to really make him menacing. Peter O toole really brings him to life. Just such a perfect film character.
