Plus the Koreans don't yet have a dominant advantage over the foreigners especially progamers who may or may not actually be practicing SC2 when they have to worry about SC1 tournaments.

There's a reason why Starcraft has been a staple of E-sports in South Korea, broadcasted on TV almost every day, and there are 12 progaming teams of players who are paid, live together, and completely dedicated to the game.

The game is really, really good. The game has such a high ceiling for improvement, and new things are being discovered about it every month as more innovation occurs. It takes at least 300 apm to play the game effectively, something that few other games can match.

no offense but cod is a noob FPS and a ruined franchise. 4 was the last halfway decent game in the series. I've played fps games competitively in the past and been playing since wolfenstien 3d, cod requires no skill it's all map knowledge and camping. Since the advent of xbox live shooters have required less and less skill.
