I know how he died, He was in china filming this new movie and there was this tall building set and the crew told him not to climb on it because it wouldn't be able to hold his weight, and finally after a few drinks after the celebration of finishing filming, his childlike personality ignored the warnings that it wouldn't be able to hold his weight and not to climb on it and he climbed up on it... and yeah :(
