There is no way BJ even deserves a shot at the belt. He should not be able to step over everyone in that div and get a shot. I say GSP stops Penn inside three rounds. I expect Penn will be working to keep it standup, where he thinks he'll either "catch" GSP like Serra or he'll better him. I don't see Penn wanting it to go to the floor, where Georges has all the advantages. Penn will follow GSP to the floor if he catches him and he goes down, but not under any other scenario.
