  • holy shit that is some good stumach training, i got the same problem as you with doing "normal situps". The only problem is that im a guy, and its some problem with "our personal things" when we push up our legs :P. But anyways VERY good exercice!

  • I do 5 sets of twenty.

  • cool will have to try to do with the stick. i use the ball so i think this stick will work just as great about how many do you do of these :)
