I have the 500r and am getting a replacement h100 soon and im just wondering if it really matter which side i mount the rad (if the fans should be in the compartment screwed to the rad which is inside the case and just under) would it make much of a difference? it would be far more easier for me to mount but im just wondering help would be greatly appreciated

Will this work with the Thermaltake Spedo case? I know a perfect spot to fit the radiator I just need to know if the cuts in the back where a fan would be for the mobo tray would fit a back plate.
this doesnt fit in my zalman gs1000 case :( i do have 240mm spacing but i have an extra 10mm between (250mm in total). there just isn't enough room. also my cpu 8 pin connector gets in the way. i only have 1 screw attached to my radiator instead of 8 :( i'm so pissed.
@TheRobotgeek123 Personally I would go for a Corsair Force 3 because its a drive 6Gb/s (does around 500mb read and write). Like a OCZ Vertex 3 but alot cheaper and from my experience Corsair>OCZ in terms of service.
@dave5785568 LOL where are you looking? i've never seen it for £230 lol. mine just arrived today, i got it for £80 and free delivery ;) dabs.com and amazon both selling it for £80. i got mine from dabs.
You guys have nailed it. You guys are one of the first to review the new H coolers from corsair, you were the first people to put up a video announcing that new H coolers, (thats how I found out about you guys, I searched for H80 and your video was there), being one of the first to review this unit will actually get you high on youtube. Good luck guys
@vh2k Also there pretty much is no radiator, all the fluid is contained with in the block, pump, tubing and rad. Thats why you won't match the performance of a custom loop with these coolers.
hey dan, awesome review mate. i hope you guys get to do a detailed benchmark on tests with your rigs. hope it ends up replacing your noctua coolers if its amazing for OC'ing performance.
@eddles777 the review will be very detailed and I'm currently running a H70 with noctua fans on it we will be comparing it to the H70 with the stock fans with HIgh and low fan speeds and more
Great unboxing, I have never been a fan of corsair i had a H50 and H70 and they both leaked. so in my book not so good. I would never waste my money on a corsair product ever again. I went custom water cooling instead and have had no issues or leaks with that. Cheers guys, just not a corsair fan boy.
Just got mine into work today from the supplier, upgraded from the H70 and sold it off that paid for this one lol free upgrade well worth it IMO from the H70. Fans are kind of loud but not bad for the cooling benefit. Now we need Corsair to release the Link commander to really get the benefits.
Indeed, Nocuta fans are lovely. But, they dont possess a high enough CFM rating to be really effective when it comes to cooling a RAD. Scythe's gentle typhoon fans would be a better choice.

@Niqbal87 wouldn't make much of a difference. Although I recommend mounting them to blow air into the radiator.

I know you can run your 4 fans off the controller on the pump, but are you able to use an external fan controller for the fan radiator?

Where's the fluid reservoir, around the edge of the radiator? If so, that's an interesting design, but it wouldn't really fit into my case anywhere.

@vh2k you don't have to fill it its 100% sealed and shouldn't leak or need filling
