I, yes I almost did a perfect lap. That's mean maybe few 00"0X or 00"XX can be done but 2 sec is impossible so stop talking if you have no proof

Best lap on Sega Rally with Lancia -> 46,94 on Sega Saturn. I ask the Hotline if i can send my record, awnser : only with a Video Tape. At this time, i do not hav a Video Recorder. But, this is a great runtime. I have change to Motorhead after Sega Rally, so i have not seen a long time :)

@sonrarantistar If you have not seen the game in a long time how do you remember? I have made a similar time in 2 player mode because of the slower car boost option, but in time attack my best was around of this video. So I'm not doubting you made that time but that you did it in time attack.
