This scene could have been done better. Why didn't the guy run away? Any normal person would have backed off and perhaps observed from afar. It's simply not believeable that a person would stand still and stay put.

This video is the best clip of all the Terminator ones here. No doubt the kid that played John Connor drug the series into the ratings bomb with his horrible acting. God awful writing for the John Connor character didn't help - they wrote him as a total incompetent unaware clueless twit - totally unlikely to logically develop into the bad-ass that other bad asses would die for. WTF. Love Shirley here, though. She could carry a sequel alone. (Hint-hint).

Wow Shirleys fantastic! And so are the other characters. She has the exact look and disposition that her character was supposed to have. After watching the 1st or 2nd episode you realized Shirley has nailed this.
