ich bin lkw-fahrer. wenn die letzten räder in der luft sind, kann ein bus oder lkw nicht umkippen. der fahrer hats gewusst aber trotzdem war er zu langsam, und mit den vorderrädern könnte er viel weiter nach vorne.

der unterschied zwischen einem lkw und einem bus ist halt nur das der busfahrer viel weiter vor den vorderrädern sitzt und es desshalb viel besser abschätzen muss ;-)

...thank god for power steering...I once turned a 40ft bus around on a 4 lane bridge...got half way through the turn, blocking all 4 lanes, then yelled to the cop watching that I'd lost reverse gear...lol...ya shoulda seen her face....lol

I can tell you as a professional driver that is a bad thing to do. I can not make out what bus he is driving but a quick search tells me that most double deckers weigh about 30,000 lb. +- a few tons. A lot of that weight is in the engine, BEHIND the drive wheel. I am sure he was in a safe place if something did go wrong, and he could have had years to train, but a few tons resting over top a gorge is still nerve wracking.

well i have a double decker bus, leyland atleantean, its 10 tonne with the engine weighing 1, so the weightings realy not much of an issue, a degree in agricultural engineering can tell me that. ok i agree its not someting ud want to be doin unnesseccarily, i just think that there are much harder things to drive, needing more skill and concentration. wow i sound mean l0l
