i live in louisiana and am tired of finding watersnake after water snake. i can go to my grandmas house in clorado if i want to for a week..do u think ill see anything good?

that would be tough - not much around denver, have to travel 3-4 hours to see any diversity.

well last i remember when i went to her house like 4 years ago she lived by a big field with prairie dogs..so idk if snakes would be there

you could probably find stuff, actually louisana is a cool place to herp though.

well yeah i have a ditch right by my house but 85% of what i find is boring old watersnakes..only seen 1 cottonmouth in my whole life

i don't run across too many big rattlers here either. although i did see some pretty big WDB's when I was down in your neck of the woods this summer.

That was a HUGE prarie and I didnt know you could find ringnecks this time of year.
