to be honest thats pretty easy,well atleast my "technique" makes it easy for me,i hold green with my left index,tap red with my left second finger,tap yellow with my left 3rd finger,then tap blue with my left 4th finger,then the rest is my right hand,index for red,2nd for yellow,3rd for blue,4th for orange

Keep trying and you will do it on Full Speed without failing. I did :-). My advice is go for the star power sequences from They Are Hammer-Ons to the end of Post Insanity II to help you pass the intro part and then save star power for the solos.

One night, I was so fucking close to passing the "They're Hammer On" sections...I had to be about 5 notes away from the scale which ends the section. Boy, was I pissed. And I use only one hand...I have noo fucking idea how to tap...it's too confusing...but yeah...4% through the entire song. I could pass this whole song if I could beat the intro.

God, I don't understand how you manage to move your fingers on your left hand like that. Like.. i've tried every combination possible and I can't get control of my left hand too well.

When I use a bottle cap/rubber band for green I can tap all the notes, but can't grasp the rhythem. and when I use my index to hold down green I can grasp the rhythem, but can't hit all the notes.

I don't think tapping is cheating, I think you should use it on this song, but it is possible to beat the beginning without tapping. My friend beat without tapping and I can get about halfway through the beginning without tapping.

1. Stay in a rhythm

2. follow the pattern

3. DONT BLINK!!! hahah

Yeah he is - it's a pretty hard thing to get down as you have to strum with your hand and move it INSTANTLY over to the fretboard.

You have to be holding the green button down. So if you are messing up on RGY then you probably aren't releasing the R button quick enough so that the G can be hit as a pulloff
