you can probably find a used LB7 for aroun 4k. jus look around. or theres actually a company that converts burbs over to a duramax, but there upwards of around 80k..look on ebay, thats were they sell them.

yeah, i know i can find them around (wrecker's, eBay, Kijiji, Craigslist, etc.), but the hard part is finding a complete truck that's 2wd, and reasonably priced 'cause i'll need the wiring harness to swap it in (my 'Burb is a '90, and already a diesel). as for paying someone, yeah, i've seen those guys advertise, but, i'm not gonna pay someone $35K U.S. for something i'm able to do myself. it'll come one day, i can wait-or so the wife keeps tellin' me! hahahahahaha. have a good one.
