Amen. I agree that what we as the body of Christ need to build relationships with people before we give them food, clothing, money, shelter, transportation etc. "...the curse causeless shall not come." Prov 26:2
Our ministry avoids guilt type feeding of people, and believes that those who do those type of ministries actually enable instead of empower.
Most who are feed, etc, are ungrateful anyway. They expect to be taken care of by Gov. and God.
