Hesitation = fail on rollers. It looks like he may not have been clipped in all the way. Anyhow, if you watch it carefully, the thing doesn't slip until after he falls. Next time he won't let go of the wall until he's rolling well. Some of us just have to learn the hard way!

More a problem of slick tile floor, than rider's inexperience. I'd chose friends more carefully. This accident is not funny. The guy was set up to fail on camera. He easily could have fallen into the glass doors and been much worse off.
