  • some sweet info here

  • I thought this video would show 'how to breathe during contractions.' Does anyone know of a more instructional video?

  • i like her slutty tattoo , it makes her like like a really naughty milf,... by the way where can i dl the rest of this porno?

  • inga? what an ugly name.

  • You are the most beautiful mom! Congratulations!

  • beautiful!

  • i feel like im watching a porn

  • I am 5 weeks away from my due date and, i am very happy that I came across this video. It seems that it's usually the horrible birth stories that are shown, but this gave me some encouragement!! I am planning an all natural birth, no drug intervention.

  • this is WAY birth should be, & what should be shared rather than the "horror" some seem to like to share.. I had 4, including twins breathing like this, prior to encouragement of water births..Thanks for sharing this...BEAUTIFUL!

  • You sounded the same making and giving it XD

  • Your level of focus and relaxation are impressive. I wish I would have seen this before giving birth twice. I would have stayed home in my tub.

  • VERY NICE VIDEO..... THANK FOR SHARING

  • 1:47 fart

  • where's the baby??? what's the purpose?

  • where's the baby?????????what's the purpose?

  • Great job Momma! How did you prepare yourself to stay so calm and focused?

  • @mynaturalchildbirth i was lucky, i had a chance to watch tons of moms deliver naturally while i was pregnant. i was studying to be a midwife at the time. i saw how beautiful a birth could be when the mom stayed calm and let her body go!

  • @mynaturalchildbirth Other woman are indeed our greatest teachers:) Sinking into our female energy and birthing with our sensuality allows us to connect beautifully with the birthing energy which is no surprise closley related to love making energy. I had an amazing home water birth that I would say was definately "orgasmic" Any thoughts on orgasmic birth?

  • @mynaturalchildbirth That's great! After having an amazing home waterbirth of my own and seeing how well our bodies work when we embrace birth and flow with our body's primordial rythms I, like you, set off to share the magnificence with as many women as I could. I teach childbirth classes and have a blog. I think that it's so important that we share our stories and our wisdom gained in birth. I know you understand this :) Are you a midwife now?

  • I seriously want your bathtub. Ours in waaaay too tiny to labor in and I'm still unsure if the hospital will supply one.

That being said... I love how calm you are. I'm hoping my birth experience in four months will be that calm and relaxed.

  • is it all summarised as empowerment and attnetion seeking all rolled into one?

  • Way to go!!!!!!

  • OK, seriously, this is soooooooo Sexy!!!!

  • bless u this is a great honor truely

  • Sometimes women just need to scream their babies out. Who knows why. I had a virtually painless 2nd stage with my first and for my 2nd I screamed and screamed and thought I was going to die. Same room, same birth pool, maybe slightly different baby position. Who knows. I agree that her helpers are a little unhelpful, but maybe labor was really long and they were really tired or maybe she refused help and this was just her path. We don;t know the whole store.

  • @linseykornya how long was your labor with both of your kids? and why the hell did you experience so much pain with a water birth!!!

  • i gave birth within a hour of my water breaking....the pain I felt was the worst in my life. the worst is that I was left sat in a chair in the ER because they thought I wouldn't go into labour so soon as it was my first baby....the minute the nurse xamined me and she said 'OH MY GOD, SHE'S FULLY DIALATED", all of a sudden I was getting the attention they failed to give me initially. THE PAIN WAS SO HARD THAT I NEARLY PASSED OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES.

  • Not really. Most hospitals now let the woman do what is comfortable. And they still e nd up getting the epi at least 80 % of the time. That for me would be like trying to pass a kidney stone naturally lol. I don't think to many would want to attempt that since i heard that kidney stones are worse than labor more than once.

  • how can you sit over your child's head for lords shakes rest with a pillow arm rest on your back good lord no wonder children are born with neurological problems they are born forcefully and then sitted right away and want conversations with child. go figure no wonder there is no time to be a baby a child and neithter to be a "make sense MOM" I know i could not sit on my ass when my pelvis was open and childs head was oossing out ouch

  • @rddbba You're an idiot.

  • when i was in labor, the pain was so strong i asked them to give me a shot in me back, which made the birth easier. this lady is very strong. wow.

  • damn right it hurts I gotta lil boy OUCH!!

  • Birth pain is like the check at the end of a nice meal at a restaurant. What I mean is that you had your fun making the baby doing things that are unprintable here and now you are picking up the tab for such fun and paying for it with the pain.

  • I'm Sorry. . . I know this is ALOT of pain she's probably dealing with, but it looks like she's fixn to doze off. . . . but I don't mean any disrespect. . . .

  • and not to forget that pretended lust is real to a certain extent too))

sadly it has become a trend to choose sectio cesarea because women are frightened of the pain of vagina birthing ( and of the superstition that the vagina gets "worn out")

-- this and other "trends" just are a consequence of anatomical, psychological and physiological ignorance

  • @MoveOverCasanova sad superstition isnt it...? Most women have no idea that when you birth properly it "snaps back" after a couple of days because your using your body properly and not abusing those fragile but incredibly capable muscles. And heaven forbid anyone exercise them after having children... I think the ignorance is so sad - my midwife was amazingly in-touch, we were incredibly lucky to find her.

  • @whitewings1933

well, your post is a bit puzzling, but i guess the matter is quite clear overall --

what muscles must not be exercised?

  • @whitewings1933 what is a way you would say it birthing properly and improperly.I heard laying on your bad is a bad position.

  • i would take a home birth over epidurals episiotomies and fast-paced doctors ANY day. Having a natural birth at a hospital with my son was so upsetting because they were pushing me to take meds and to labor quickly. I had to labor on my back and birth in a position that was pleasant for the doctors, not for me. Birth is about the MOTHER, not the doctors. My second child WILL be born at home. You are amazing!

  • @spikeman23, yeah, but even if you could give birth, id like to see how you'd cope with the pain...

  • why is she moaning? , it does not look like she is in pain

  • she ´s beauty , sexy and her groans are very hot!!!

  • i would like to see a male give birth.......stop talkin shit

  • @tiffanypettey I'm so sick of women saying that. Men aren't made for that! If we were we could do it .Yeah women handle it so well. That's whny you end up screaming for drugs %80 of the time. Give me a break.

  • @spikeman23 normally its through ignorance that women feel they have to have drugs, they have no-idea that its not "alternative" to give birth like this - its just natural. And I'm into the Man vs Woman thing - we really are two different species sometimes and I respect that buuut for the benefit of my ass-kicking natural birthing mom's out here... drugs only became necessary when doctors (men) decided women should lay on their backs to give birth.... ;)

  • @tiffanypettey lol nice!!im a young girl soo im ok for the next...20 years lol

  • sorry but those sounds so sound like having sex, I am not making or giving birth that is some serious stuff. I remember it too well. I did not moan thur my third birth but screamed thur it. Hope things went well for you.

  • rica la mina si parece que estuviese follando

  • if you have never given birth, dont make comments unless positive as you dont know what your talking about. lots of women who have natural home births do hve experiences similar to orgasmn during birth process. the hormone it produces is a natural pain killer. the interference of medical staff in unfamiliar situations produces fear..fear creates more pain. im not saying child birth isnt painful, it can be...just not always as agonising as is shown on tv. mum of four baby no 5 due any day.

  • @stacispider I agree with you stacispider. Check out the trailer for "Orgasmic Birth" This is a natural phenomonon. Women who birth naturally will get in touch with the instinctual part of themselves that "knows" how to birth. Also check out the posting for "Newborn Crawl". It shows a newborn crawling to his mothers breast and nursing unaided. This is natural and we have got to promote what is natural for women and the newborn baby.

  • some of these comments make me what to be sick..Childbirth is one the most painful yet beautiful least sexual thing ever...Some of you people should be ashamed, disgusting.

  • @Digglette i totally agree with you. im 5 months and i hate people writting stupid ass comments like that. im scared enough to give birth.

  • idiot

  • childbirth is very painful, it's just something we have to deal with.

  • nice video soon am going to have my daughater

  • all i have to say is, im SO HAPPY I AM MALE and never have to go through that. sorry, ladies. you have my respect for that though.

  • @wolfey321 omg i watch these im female and that looks like it would hurt....yow!good thing im rlly young lol!

  • @Omgawhale1 omg.. i posted this SOO long ago! I forgot all about this video-so i watched it again. *Shudders* what i said still stands true.

  • @wolfey321 lol ya

  • @wolfey321 Ahahahahahahahaha....that made me crack the hell up!!!!

  • i have 3 children and i am pregnant now,and i never ever even think about sex or had erotic feelings what so ever during breathing, contractions or birth.

sex is the last thing you want and need when you deliver a baby! and when the baby arrives it does not feel like having orgasm at all.

why is sex always the issue with anything?

do we get orgasms when we are buying apples too? or when we paint out houses?

do we breath on a special way then too?

  • I think things have to do about sex , even if they are not related to each other because of society and the media, and of course there are MEN and some women who can't stop thinking about it. Sex is like a drug for some people.

  • @petra09933

    someone is yealous

  • @petra09933

its obviously not the same kind of orgasm as when you're having sex.

  • Comment removed

  • having a baby is not feeling like you get an orgasm!.

how sick thinking about sex when a woman is giving birth, very sick!

  • come on! its natural! if a woman is not willng to have a baby dont do it!

  • some people do, giving birth puts pressure on the same parts of the body as having sex.

  • Did you have one? Did you film it?

  • that's like saying women have orgasms during routine vaginal exams. even if, on the wild chance, she is having "pleasure" I'm sure she'd be snapped into reality once the contractions come and her hips get pulled apart.

  • People are not making it up here. Type in Orgasmic Birth in the search box above. You'll be shocked at what pops up.

  • just cause she's screaming and sounding like she's having an orgasm doesn't mean she is.

  • I know. I was just making a comment.

  • damn.. are u havin a contraction or an orgasm??? im confused??

  • Could have been either! Studies show that, for women who have no epiderals or pain meds to numb, 25% of them will have an orgasm during labor. Weird, huh?! Weird but interesting fact.

  • @luvnjtm

what kind a shit are you talking about!

    act normal will you!

  • It's called, "she's trying to deal with the labor pain". It's not an easy thing. Ask anyone who's ever given birth naturally. Every one of them has a "war story".

  • great job handling contractions sweetie!

  • Smile, it makes people wonder what you are thinking.

  • it is like a orgasm

  • Oh my......

  • you wasnt screaming or panicing this was the best i seen is important to stay calm i didnt have a baby yet but i no was it really painful

  • Beautiful to watch her.

  • i think you're similar to jennifer anniston... did you have a boy or a girl?

  • anything that eases the pain, singing, dancing... I'd bloody do it it felt better than gritting my teeth!

Labor is hard, people do different things to cope with it. I found long, slow ( monotonous) groaning helped....

  • Women are so strong and powerful!

  • @MarieWallisIvey Some not all, it takes allot of mental strength and will to accept this level of pain and remain calm. My Mum was stoic when her first was born, it was a very painful traumatic forceps delivery, my Dad and all the midwives were amazed with how she handled it. Allot of women are screaming they can't do it when their hardly into labour.

  • So erotic....

  • hi! horray!

  • that the personal noise

she makes when making love as well very nice great job love.

  • i dont know why you got a rating of -3 for your comment ...YOUR RIGHT most women DO make noises in labour as they do in maken love if you think about it ....it makes sence thats how you start pregnancy it would only stand to reason you end it with those noises......

  • thanks! if anyone knows anything about natural childbirth they know those are the normal sounds made during normal labor and delivery! only the uneducated will make uneducated comments:) and that is fine! i think they meant it to be nice, as they said great job:)

  • @klnelli Thank you so much for posting. I hope and pray that I see the day when its seen as strange to voluntarily go to the hospital to give birth. You did an incredible job bring that baby into this world!

  • @littlecookie1010 thanks for your rambling missive - get over it. This video is fundamentaly disturbing

  • awesome job
