  • I've got another quick question. Where would you place this set in your workout i.e. did you follow up this set of swings with another set, or were these the only double swings you did that workout? Cheers.

  • @voncoolio At the end of a workout as a finisher. Sometimes I do one all out set like the above. I also like to do 10x10-15 with double 80s and above for strength endurance training.

  • Amazing. How do you manage to keep the bells from hitting your legs? I've tried doing these and i find them much harder than the between-the-legs variation (I can do 50 reps with 2 24kg bells).

  • @voncoolio That is common. I teach both styles at my courses as many people find they prefer one over the other.
