You can hear when he scrapes,the grease has allready turned to carbon. You would have to scrape all the baked on build up off the first time all the way to the bottom!! Then you apply your chem and hot wash top to bottom. Other wise your going to waste alot of time, chem and gas!! I have to do this almost every time when I take over some slack ass hood cleaners account!!! I have been cleaning hoods since 1997. How do you know that this guy didnt just take over some slack ass account?
all hood cleaners do that especially if the shaft is too long for a pressure washer work coming from a hoodcleaner that does about three restaurants a night with no complaints if you didnt see him doing that you would never know the difference
