i think its more country, like its meant to be, than Vikki. Although Vikki's was the first i fell in love with, this one stole my heart the second she started singing.

@xXxStrifeMexXx Indeed, it is extremely rare that I prefer a "re-make" of anything, particularly motion pictures. So, the first version of a song I hear, I tend to like it the best. Vicki did hers way back in '72, when I was in high school, an impressionable age for me, of course. IMHO, the original of something is almost always better than a re-make.
