I've made Heather's herbed cheese recipe a few times. It is fantastic! Very versatile food to have in the fridge. A light colored miso is a must. My favorite thing to put it on is simply my tounge, but It makes a fantastic filling in a wrap made with Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain tortillas. I haven't made cheese in a while, and this vid made me want to go soak a couple of cups of almonds.

I put it on homemade wheat biscuits we call as Khakhra in India! It is delicious, can be eaten anytime...when we are hungry!
