@Ngatseful Hellooo :) I used it for about 3 weeks, and I think it might've been the cause of my breakouts :( I'm going to try it again though once my skin gets to a better state.
@kawaiikaox3 The price is KILLER. 1 oz. for $150?? :( makes me sad, but it's a price I'll keep paying if it lives up to all the hype it's getting. *fingers crossed*
I like your favorites. La mer is awesome. It's the only thing that doesn't break me out. The Hydrating Infusion is very good to use before the cream. Do you have a tut wearing the Chanel eyeshadow? I want to see what it looks like.
@yasanayun If the Creme de La Mer works out for me I'll definitely look into their Infusions. I don't have a tutorial on the Mirifique eyeshadow, but Maybe I'll make one in the future :) There are a lot of tutorials here on YT though!
@Alisalovesmac I tried it for the first time last night and I think I'm going to keep a picture log of how my skin looks. Then I'll do an in depth review of it. Very excited to test it out :)
Hi Lauren! I also tried the Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara per your recommendation :) I love it! It looks very natural and makes my eyes pop :) also, it's cute that you have a parrot, haha!
@putonasmile18 I'm happy you like the Tarte mascara. I think everyone who I've told about it ended up liking it, so it's my new mission to get everyone to try it :P it's not that popular and I think more people have to know about it! haha Thank you for watching :)
Thank you for your recommendation on Tarte Lights, camera, lashes Mascara. I always end up trying all the suggested items by you. I've just got the Balm Mary-Lou Manizer highlighter. How do you use it? Do you use a brush or just fingers? Do you set it w a powder form highlighter afterward? It looks like cream to powder..
@EunjiArcher Tarte LCL Mascara is a staple for me now. Let me know how it works out for you! I use a brush for theBlam Mary-Lou Manizer. It is a powder highlighter, so I think it's easiest to use with a brush. If I'm in a pinch and don't have a brush, I can use my fingers though :)
i like ur down to earth and sweet persona,i was looking for gold and black got ETK in gold, liked mirifique but then got loreal infallible in eternal black with lots of glitter like mirifique, applied wet black goes more intense, i m wondering is it just me or they really are dupe color wise, i also recently discovered la roche posay and love that they dont use crazy chemicals, i will suggest you trying Caudalie, they too are petroleum, paraben n sulphates free which i dont know la mer is
@salvi1565 Thank you for the sweet compliments! I've looked at swatches of the L'Oreal Infallible Eternal Black eyeshadow. It looks somewhat similar to Chanel's Mirifique but it doesn't look like the L'oreal has the same multidimensional sparkle that the Chanel one has. Also, I favor the texture of the Chanel Illusion d'Ombre eyeshadows. I kind of like the fact that it's not a highly intense black but can be built up for complete opacity. It's beautiful. Thanks for watching :D
@yudt32 I just started getting into high-end products. I used to just hoard things from the drugstore because they were so accessible, but then I just wouldn't use it. It wasted so much money -___- Now when I buy high end products I feel like I actually have to use them since I spent a lot of them. Plus they're better quality! Money better spent in my opinion. I do like some drugstore things too though.
Now I want to try those Chanel eyeshadows, I'm intrigued by the texture- I love mouse/cream/gel products...and that blush looks gorgeous!! great video :)
@doseofvanity - I use either EL Daywear Cream or BB Extra Repair Serum in some areas first, then Clinique DDML. Oddly, I haven't experimented extensively with the Creme de La Mer to be able to say with certainty, just haven't reached for it(?)
If it was only 150 in my currency I would totally buy it. Unfortunately its over 900 in my currency and numerically the wages in my country and the US is pretty similar. Woe :(
La Mer has increased in price so much since it first launched a few years back boo :S
Rant aside, it was quite good when I had the tiny samples to try out.
hi from the philippines! la mer is one of my favorite moisturizers! whenever i use it, i get complimented on how radiant my skin looks. :-D so i hope it works out for you too. you do need to break down the cream first before you apply it on your face. did they teach you that on-counter? rub it on your palms first until it turns into a liquid, and that's what you pat into your skin. otherwise you might break out because the cream is so thick. let me know if it performs well for you too!
@getmara I actually got mine online, so no one showed me how to use it. I think I'll stop by a counter one of these days to have someone teach me first hand :) Looking forward to testing it out. I've heard so many rave reviews!
Hi Lauren :-) Oh, you have La Mer! I can't wait to hear what you think about this product. I want this moisturizer for ever, and I haven't bought it yet because it is so expensive. I would love to see your review.
Lauren, no thanks needed for mentioning you. You deserve a lot of attention, because you are so sweet and beautiful! I love your videos!!! Have a lot of fun in Vegas. Hugs, Hana xxx
@MissHanaG I can't wait to test it out and do a review on it. I've been wanting to try it for ages. The price better be worth it! Haha... Of course I have to thank you. You're so selfless and kind, there was no way I wasn't going to thank you for your generosity :) xx
Have you use Liz earle hot Cleanser and polish enough to give a review on?
