@LearnTruthFindPeace Actually the statistics do not support your point, the numbers of this studies come from police records not street polls, rape is a crime difficult to procecute because the victim does not report it, so for France to rank 8th does not mean that rapes occur more often than in other countries but that they are in fact reported an procecuted more than in other countries.

The hijab is something that I would call acceptable because it allows you to see the persons face and, if need be, be able to identify them somehow. The burqa conseals the face and not only poses a social restriction, but also a security risk.

As a muslim man myself I really look up to muslim women because they're the only women who are respective to what they wear- they cover themselves in burqa and do not show naked parts to others! Ban the burqa some say, why ban it? There are girls out there who wear bikinis and tangas, or a shirt that says "do me", and complain when they get sexually assaulted!
