Thanks for the informative video! I wonder if people who have thinning hair that is falling out might simply just massage their heads every night. The last time I had a haircut, the stylist told me my scalp was very pale, which meant there was hardly any blood circulation. She said the 100 strokes a day with a hair brush would help.
1. Apply in hair using the massage technique. (Turn one hand into a claw form) 2. Leave it overnight or more than 3-4 hours
3. Using Luke warm water rinse it out
4. Use a shampoo with less chemicals, usually vitamin shampoos by the l'oreal range are perfect
5. Dont use too much conditioner this can also thin the volume of hair.
6. Wash out completely.
7. Results . Strong, soft silky hair..
