I don't get why the Doctor is so reluctant to unleash the delta wave. yes, I know they said it would wipe out all life on earth as well as the Daleks, but we saw the dalek fleet bombing earth to smithereens just moments to go. surely there's no life left for the delta wave to affect?
@CrazyGood88: It's quite possible that the Tardis is using Rose to express its own feelings for The Doctor. But, what I think that statement does, is underscores what Rory angrily tells The Doctor (in "Vampires Of Venice"); That the greatest danger that The Doctor poses to his companions is the fact he drives his companions to put themselves at risk trying to impress him. Rose merging herself with the TARDIS is an extreme example of this.
@veeganboy The Tardis IS telepathic, like it was explained on a past Doctor Who episode, the Tardis can see what anyone in it craves in their head. Rose craved for the Doctor's safety, or just the Doctor, realizing he was sacrificing himself, putting himself in danger for her and the rest of the world. Alone. And she hated that. The Tardis did also and they both went after their man ;-) I don't think she was trying to impress him, but believe she wanted him safe and sound and in her arms again.
@CrazyGood88: I don't necessarily agree with the word "impress" either. I was just quoting Rory. I think his point was that the companions, at some point, begin to feel the need to be as brave as the Doctor. Or they feel obligated to put their lives on the line for him, much as the Doctor has done for them on numerous occasions. But for the companions, this sense of bravery and risk taking is far more dangerous. If they die, they do not have The Doctor's ability to regenerate.
@veeganboy ok I got you on that one. Basically, no matter their reason for risking their lives for him, HE is still in a sense of the word, RISKING their very mortality. look back to Davros though in Journey's End. he said revealed the Doctor's "soul'. No matter how he tries to prevent the World from being destroyed by alien forces, He is making his own "weapons". The Doctor being the creator of the greatest weapons ever. The human spirit's determination to control the one they love the most

Oooh. ok, so I've only ever seen from here onwards. Now the Bad Wolf thing tottaly makes sense. Rose left the messages for herself.
And @CrazyGood88 I like that about Rose and the TARDIS both speaking. He is as much a part of the TARDIS as he is a part of Rose now.

I'm confused...Did Rose create Bad Wolf by accident?
and when she said "I want you safe, my Doctor," could it be argued that it could have been both Tardis AND Rose speaking? just a thought.
