Iran it isn't the only; there are even other top countries in the world that they call themselves the First World like America, Japan or even UK, and in some cases they have even poor managements than Iran. What my point is that people in Iran must distinguish themselves that they have been called "Third World", so they should not do such stuff in the roads which might cause injuries or even putting other peoples life in danger.
