The incident at the end is a completely unlawful stop. The threat to arrest you is totally unlawful. Police officers cannot make threats like this. It is coercion. Did you manage to get his badge number or identify him in any way? I believe he should be suspended immediately for his behaviour and you are probably due financial compensation.
