The Wikipedia article about it says "In Conservative and Reform synagogues, girls celebrate their Bat Mitzvahs at age 13, along with boys." But to be perfectly clear, this wasn't a Bat Mizva, it was only INSPIRED by one, so it does not have to adhere to any of the rules of any group at all. It was mainly just a 13th birthday party. :-)

acctually a batmizvah is usually held at age 12, for boys it is 13. and only reform and conservitave girls read from the torah.
