I think this video is pretty selective, you've taken bits of Rick's dancing that don't look quite right, but you've missed out all the times where he DOES do it right.

There's some truth to that comment, but, it seems he does it in every scene. And it just looks so awful compared to that dancer pretending to be a bartender in the video. Rick's "good" dancing is just the bare minimum someone can do in the way of dancing. At least the song's catchy.
