What is acrylic paint and what diffrent about it?

How do you get the acrylic off? I bought some acrylic paints from the store and just did a simple french tip and it was hell to get off! I still have stains on the corners of my nails. booo.

What kind of acrylic paints did you get?always make sure it's waterbased acrylic not the kind you use for outside projects! and did you apply a base coat first? if you don't apply a basecoat first it will stain! i just use regular nail polish remover and it comes off with no problems, try some 100 % acetone and see if that gets it off hope this helps you should be able to find that in the isle where you get the regular nail polish remover

queen is right, you have to get waterbased acrylic paint, and a base coat is a must, this way it will come off for sure with acetone, or nail polish remover :)
