Man as far as Disney trailers go, Mulan takes the cake hands down, I remember seeing this trailer for the first time, and it left me in absolute awe, it was just one of those silent "...Whoa... O.O " lol

Awesome underrated Disney movie, i loved thsi since i saw it in theaters when i had one of my yearly vacations to Vegas at the Boulder-Station Casino-Hotel theater and rocked my world. Mulan is quite cute for a Chinese toon chick but when she is not in drag.

I remember seeing this trailer as a kid and seeing it as the most epic trailer I'd ever seen from Disney. It had a different look from other Disney movies, it involved a young woman ready to kick some ass à la Joan of Arc and it was a Disney trailer that actually took itself seriously.

@FantasmaLuna I totally agree with you. When I see this trailer I can feel all the power of the story and I remember when I was 16 in 1998 and I felt completely identified with Mulan's dilemma. A tennager, very intelligent, but not considered "suitable" for the chinese society of that age and with a great courage to took decisions and solve problems. The character of Mulan represents the true hero whom is in the heart of everyone who feels discouraged in front of the defies of life...

 There are many, many song that was composed and recorded for Disney's Mulan during the 5 years of production and that in the end it wasn't put on the film... But a new soundtrack much better than the CD of 1998 was released recently. Search for it if you like these songs. :)

@Twilight639 It is called Our Ways Will Part by Hans Zimmer, from Beyond Rangoon. The final song at the end of the teaser is called To the Stars by Randy Edelman, from Dragon Heart.

@kirbyateu Another outtake song... In fact, "Mulan" has a great soundtrack composed and conducted but on the other hand the movie not "received" an appropriated CD on sale. Only we had in 1998 was mediocre CD with few songs and out of the correct "position"...
