this is almost the same as the 200 punt and kick return yard achievements in madden 08. I used devin hester and faced the bills. those who can't get those 2 achievements, Use devin hester because of his 100 speed and face the bills cuz they have a 60-something overall and have the least player weapons(5) than any other team in the game

the quarter time is not important, but you have to finish the game to get the achievement.

but yeah, you can do it with any team, just bait them into following you one way, then switch the field and run it down the sideline.
