Did not work for me. Both times I created ID's (Ironically BitemeApple and AppleSucks were already being used) and each time when I clicked on continue it said "You did not complete the entire form."

So I will have to create a stupid email address just for suckoff iTunes to let me have a free account! and people actually wonder why Apple and iTunes are so hated???

@CliftonPhotographer UPDATE: OK it worked for me,but here's what I recommend: First create an email address that is absolutely unique. The problem I had was that the "fake" email I created was actually already in iTunes system. So when I tried to use it,I was informed there is already an account using my "fake" email. Create something very unique,and then follow the instructions. Also I believe he says in the video that you need to be logged out for it to work. Thanks!
