I have this game, I think it's very good, play it on my 1280x1024 monitor on medium, and 2xaa @60fps in DX11(vsync on). My cousin came over the other day and said it looked better than on his xbox360, although I only run it on medium = )
no AA = probably 5-10 fps more than with it on. Sometimes More. With high resolutions AA is not neccesary. Its a luxery that just kills your performance. On older games like F1 99-02 by EA or knights of the old republic AA made a huge difference. But AA isnt a the massive differenece if you run on high res than it once was. Crysis with AA on is not a massive jump in the quality of it.
@EizikDarvish If all you're doing is gaming, and you're looking to spend less than $900 on a build-your-own or $1200 on one you're buying from somewhere, it is definitely good enough to not be a bottleneck on a 5850. It also overclocks like a mother.
You shouldn't turn it on at high res because AA is used to make rigid edges smoother but since there are so many pixels at high resolutions, it is already smooth
@revenant3154 I disagree, I have a Dell SP2309W which is a 23" panel with a res of 2048x1152. Even with that small of a pixel pitch, jaggies are noticible, although with the large performance drops of AA, its not very worth it, especially past 2x.
@CrossyCriss The only time you should turn it on is when you notice jagged edges/lines. higher resolution = more pixels = finer look to it = No jagged edges.

IM NOT GETTIN AS MUCH FPS AS I SHOULD
Why am I only gettin 25 FPS on Mafia2 benchmark with my : GTX 560ti, 6GB RAM, 2,9 GHz proccesor.
I got that on my old set up. But on my new it should be double. (im getting 25 fps on both lowest and highest settings)
What should i do get atleast the standard amount of capacity out om my gtx 560 ti.
And my cpu it shows it is 0,8 Ghz when it should be 2,9 GHz on OC tuner? WHY?
My stuffs always coller then 40*C

@nyran125
If you put your eyeball on the screen at 1080p, you can tell the difference with AA on or off.
Playing it, I doubt it.

You can always get smoother with AA, even on 2560x1600 and that's what everyone wants. :)
