@AngieC51 junior dos santos has faster and more accurate hands than overeem. he has better boxing in general, and he has an excellent chin. overeem's chin is average at best, and it's been a problem for him a few times. yes, overeem has won a K-1 grand prix. does not matter. his road to winning that K-1 belt in that GP was the easiest anybody has had for many years. i like watching his fights, but he's getting far too much praise. i don't think he can bang with junior.
I wish this primetime showed more of their training like the GSP ones always do. They basically just showed junior hitting the mitts and sparring for two minutes. Does junior even weight train?

Does heavy ass lat pulldowns with a shitload of 45lb plates .... he does squat jumps with like 315 lbs and some other exercises. All explosive exercises for his fast twitch muscle fibers... Man I can't fucken find it but I know it's somewhere on youtube....wtf

at the conference after the fight Cain said he was like 90% because of a knee injurie too. it could off went iether way,it was whoever would land the money shot and jds did it first; but Cain said it was his fault for not following the gameplan. People say Cain is overrated, but he is a great fighter. But he has a nothing for Junior Dos Santos. He hits harder and is a better boxer. i dont think Cain knew about the torn knee injurie because cain said at the conference that it was his fault he lost because he didnt follow the game plan. when Cain fought Nogueira, he did the same with punches and kick to the knee cause Big Nog is a stryker too. so i think it depends on the fighter hes fighting, it makes sense to try to weaken the legs of a good stryker like JDS.i dont know where you guys think that Cain knew about JDS knee injurie, i think your just being douchebag trolls.

at the conference after the fight Cain said he was like 90% because of a knee injurie too. it could off went iether way,it was whoever would land the money shot and jds did it first; but Cain said it was his fault for not following the gameplan. Cain has good striking too and hes a great fighter and he just got caught thats all he wasnt even beat up bad or anything. these two are great fighters and like i said its just one loss no big deal and i believe he will comeback.

@shinsama3333 The best plan to take out a a better boxer is to hammer the lead leg, its kickboxing basics A boxer loses alot of power when his lead leg is wasted. Problem with cain was his low kicks werent hard enuff to slow junior down
