i dont know if its just the cameras microphone or not but that engine sounds like its got an out of adjustment valve or something which could cause it to run hot? either way its an awsome rat!

I think what makes this rat rod thing so much fun is its like a throw back to when we were young and trying to get our first car going. Back then the only rules were to somehow make it run off of a petty amount of "kid" money so everything was like a bonus and fun. Check out my 63 chevy I have been building off of wrecking yard parts and a $50 engine if you get the chance, its on "restodan" and the videos are numbered. It sat in a field since 1977

Richard - if you could have seen my smile as I watched this.....and the second drive ...you kill me. I must be honest - after watching some of this process I never really believed that I would hear it run much less watch it drive down a road! You are remarkable.
