I checked it out, and yes some of those facilities are on US soil, but some of them are not. Notice in the video when they show the line of cars. They have EU plates thin long rectangles. Also the numbers on the submarine that is shown in the underground dry dock are that of a Soviet Sub designated by K- then whatever Sub it happens to be.
