This is NOT a mod, it's a glitch. To mod a game you would need a modded ps3 with CFW which isn't possible yet.

your shooting water out and you would have to change the software around 2 do that. this isn't a glitch its a mod.

No it's real. I added the dude flying the truck on ps3. He exists. He told me on his screen he was flying a helicopter and on this dude's screen it was a truck. So it's just some strange lag. Or possibly a recreatable glitch. Would take tons of time to figure out how to redo it. Would be pointless to try. So one day hopefully we'll just get luckly. Doubtful tho.

i think its a hoax..just like the white annilator was...think about this, its a heli with the replay truck model and the fire truck hose. i dont think any lag /glitches can mess with this that much...and like i said i modded gta sa for years, so i know modding when i see it. anyways i aint gonna argue any further...time will tell
