I take back what i said in other videos. Hitohiro saito knows how to be sociable and a good teacher when he wants to. When he is not in the mood you unfortanly get the "crush and break" method insted of the "hip and harmony" eheheheh.
its not force this is where the good sensei are divided.. good sensei make a technique look as if its done hard and forcefull but in truth its very carefull (not like steven segal and his movies) . Isoyama does the same.
You could call that there are layers and levels of aikido as long as you dont break the principals .

Dont think he is a genius , this is how we all should and can do aikido if you strive for it. This resembles the type of technqiues Osensei did.
