why do everybody act like beeswax will make your hair fall out? If it did then the product would not be made. I have had dreads for 2 years and i only used beeswax 2 times and that was the first time i got them twised and retwisted and my hair look real good no build up at all.

thats a lie. as long as u dont buy wax that has petroleum or alcohol in it ull b e fine. dreadhead hq and knotty boy make good wax dont listen to all the people who telll u wax will fuck ur hair up, as long as u use the proper amount , dont put gobs of it on just a pea size , if u use 2 much it will be a little hard to wash out, but if u use the right amount ur dread will take the nutrients from it and the rest will wash out just fine. wax is good for dreads.

Yeah the first time i had locs i never used clips....but i got 2 things to tell ya bro. With the shampoo it's scented so it leaves residue and the beeswax or any wax at that is really thick. It does will with keeping the locs tight but they it leaves alot of residue and attracts whatever is in the air... I had locs from 2003-spring 2008 and just started over because of residue. So while it's still early maybe you may want to change things up a bit. Just thought i'd share that
