  • @OkashiPro1 That's the passage in Act 1 introducing the love duet, as Werther and Charlotte are walking home in the moonlight from their first date. Because our chamber production of WERTHER is accompanied by piano, you hear Allen Perriello playing on this recording; Stephanie Rhodes will play at the performances. Although French composers like Massenet were brilliant at writing evocative piano solos like this, the original orchestration is dazzling- youtu.be/5fCL3SVZBtM?t=1m8s
