  • Backbone has got nothing to do with it. Anyone who read the original WW thread when you originally tried to flog your spacers will know how pointless it is to try and educate you or even reason with you. As I recall, you were kicked off that forum for spamming. No intelligent person would fall for this scam. The system is sound when installed by a competent person, a fact proved by your inability to show that this "problem" exists for anyone other than your poor unfortunate clients.

  • Just wondering, After 3 years have you learnt how campy systems work yet?

  • @marcusesq I welcome you to call me directly or Skype me so that we can discuss.... I doubt that you have the guts or the backbone to do so though. Thanks anyway for writing! -John

  • replace bearings

  • Or you forgot the chainring side lock pin.

Might also be that the BB shell width is not within spec.

  • @scatt99 Just saw your other vid. Looks like you have the lock pin in place.

let us know how you resolve this. I've heard of this problem before...

  • Eight speed gave me the perfect sprint at eastway, 11 would need a new abacus.

  • without stating the obvious, has the wavy spring washer been inserted in the bearing cup?

  • I though that this design might have problems after watching Champangolo's "Ultra torque Crankset video"

  • wrong, we'd still be with 7 speed otherwise!

  • Stick with regular BB's/cranksets. Simple. Not every change in the cycling world is improvement...
