If there is a tie at the final four tribal it would go to a fire making challenge (this rule started somewhere between season 5-10). When the is a tie before final four it would to rocks. If after two votes there is still a tie it would go to rocks. The people safe would be the immunity winner, the people that had votes in the tie and if someone played the idol.

I liked Coach's game for the most part, but he failed at the end game.

It was rather foolish of him to use Christianity in the way he did. He contradicted himself completely as a "man of honour" by giving his word as a "Christian man" to multiple contestants.

As for Brandon, he is young and immature... but I respect his desire to be a better person.

He probably played the most honest game I ever saw; and he should feel no shame in that..

Sophie deserved to win, but she was not my first pick.

I love Sophie so much! One of my favorite players ever. South Pacific is one of the best seasons.

Why did she say she would be seeing us in 2013?

Russell was a total jerk (not to mention arrogant) for the way he addressed Brandon's game play and practically dis-owning him on national TV. Same to you, brother.

I could see something like that was coming everytime they put the camera on him and he was sitting there stewing.

One other key moment was when Ozzy revealed to the jury about Coach taking him to the final 3 "as a Christian man".

When I saw that, I thought "Coach just lost this game".

If Coach had made the same selfish demand to Albert or Sophie during the house of cards challenge, you can bet he would have been crucified (no pun intended) by his critics and probably recieved only one if not zero jury votes.

Sophie won the right challenge at the right time and that's the only reason she ended up being Sole Survivor. Reminds me of when Aras won S12 because Terry choked in the final challege.

Now that I think of it, Ozzy probably did vote for Coach, because of his unrelenting opinion of Sophie being a brat.

I liked Sophie for the most part, but that moment during the challenge when she insisted that Albert should quit and "pick up my tiles" really opened a window on her character.

It really seemed selfish to me, and I know that's what Ozzy must have been thinking also.

Yes, Coach deserved to win just as much as Boston Rob deserved to win the previous season. The problem was an embittered jury. Only Edna & Cochran had the humbleness to undertand the mechanics and nature of the game, which people inevidably (sp) get betrayed at some point before it's over, I loved Edna's Final Jury statement.

I didn't see who voted for Coach besides Cochran. I'm guessing Edna & maybe Ozzy?

Rick was very disappointed at Coach, and after saying that his vote was for Ozzy it almost looked as though he was wishing that Ozzy was still in there during the final tribal council. Coach might have won if he somehow managed to bring "the right people" to the end.

And as for ties:

Purple Rock: When there are 4 or more players at Tribal Council (pre- or post-merge) When there are tribes, the two people who got tied votes are made immune while the rest have to draw rocks. In post-merge, the immunity winner, the people in the tie and whoever the idol is used on are made immune while the rest draw for rocks.

Firemaking: Only at a F4 deadlocked tie or when there are only two people left in a tribe (ex. Palau)

Marquesas is an exception to this.

I am very satisfied with the winner, the final three actually. I was also very happy that Ozzy did not win, but unfortunately he spoke the most during the reunion which annoyed me. I seriously think that the editors should have apologized for what they did to the season. For example, Edna's "win" at Redemption and what they did to Rick. He make F5, yet Jeff did not talk to him. That's what urks me.

I am looking forward to next season. It was Sophie's tone that got my attention when she told Albert to pick up her pieces. However, she played a great game and was the only one who did not beat herself as Ozzy put it after he lost the final immunity challenge. Ozzy only made it easy for Coach to not honor the final two agreement by spilling the beans about it to Albert and again at tribal council. If Ozzy had won final immunity, Coach wanted to know if Ozzy would take him to the end.

I felt it was a boring season with a boring end. The fact that Sophie didn't think she was rude was weird. The fact that Coach, having been a jury member twice, didn't know how to give a jury speech was weird. The reunions always feel to rushed now. I was just watching the Vanuatu season and everyone spoke, even the person voted out first... although there was a bias for Julie to speak more. I hope casting is better next season. NO RICKS!

@004Daniel Yes, the reunion shows have been snubbing more & more contestants in the last couple years.

I counted five that didn't get one word in: Semhar, Papa Bear, (Ozzy's hamock mate), Makayla and Rick. Almost didn't notice Rick not getting talked to because he was so quiet during the game lol.

i think Sophie quietly played a great game (i would vote for her) she let coach be ahead of her so she is never the number 1 target great strategy. i am still not a coach fan because im never a fan of players who preach about honor loyalty and are the biggest liars in the game. and Sophie crying at tribal definitely won over some votes because the jury wanted to see the real Sophie since she didn't open up to jury while they were in the game. coach would have won if he just owned up to lying

For next season, after the first episode, I would love to see a "prediction" list on the order you think the contestants will be voted out and so we can post our opinions/lists as well. Also, do you know if next season will have Redemption Island or returning players?

I think I was more excited about Survivor ending than someone winning. IDK, I haven't felt the last 3 seasons. Yeah the FTC was very underwhelming, questions were bland and forgettable the opening statement was forgettable. The season started off better than it ended but still not going to be my fav season. I still think, the winner of S23 is ... Remy! lol.

thanks, would have liked Coach to win, didn't like him playing the god card all the time and lying but the whole team were doing that as well., Sophie would be a 2nd choice and Albert should have been out of the game ages ago. Didn't see mikayla at the reunion show? but wasn't looking closely.

im glad sophie won too. what pisses me off is some blind ozzy fans who keeps saying "OZZY DESERVED TO WIN" and "HOW DID SOPHIE WIN SHE DID NOTHING". its really sad when they think ozzy who was voted out of the game 3 times in 1 season as a good player. i give him props for making it through redemption but sophie did beat him fair and square in the final immunity, as well as playing a wayyyyyy better strategic game too

I totally agree with your reaction at the winner, Sophie and Coach were bitch amazing. I think a fire happens when the tie is for two people, and rocks when there's more than two tied. Totally agree about the changing aspect of the game. It was a good season (way better than 21 and 22) and a great season of ANTM ;) I'll definitely be watching your vlogs for S24, I was a little busy for this one. Loving the hair and the attitude, take care!

I wanted Ozzie to win or coach. I didn't want Sophie to win,she was a bitch during the challenge and telling Albert to drop what he is doing and help her... Fuck you!!! I like Brandon it's a shame his family did that to him over a show.

I think I'll like the whole One World theme because they may be doing it in order to prevent the whole tribes staying together after the merge. So I hope that's what happens :) Also, I noticed they didn't do the memory of previous players, the montage thing where they burn their names in a fire.

So great that Sophie won I was rooting for her. This was honestly a great season and I can't wait for Season 24: One world, interesting concept! Anyway want to thank you for your vlogs they were great, hope you continue next season. I believe the rocks are used in every tie until the Final 4, when a fire-making challenge is used (Marquesas, the purple rock was used wrong) but yeah I think that's the case. I can't be on Survivor either, I'm from Mexico. Other notes: I LOVE DAWN! haha that's it.
