Unions have turned you into whining babies who think you are ENTITLED to the pay you want or the medical deductible you want. Be so good at what you do that your employer will give you the best offer he can.  Earn it. This isn't animal farm. Go check out Greece and their union asshole state workers and what they've done to their country. The BALLS on you people. Let me tell you, I have a great job with great benefits and vacation and decent bosses who ARE millionaires and worked hard to get there. If I don't like their benefits package or my boss or my healthcare deductible then I look for another job.
