@TheAmbrinabutt don't use a frozen piece of marble, that creates brittleness in your chocolate and you want your chocolate to be malieable. Don't use a chopping board because the surface is pourous hence the sticking.
Plain marble and let the chocolate set at room temp and you'll get better results
is there a recipe for the chocolate? Or can you post the directions for preparing the chocolate before you pour it on the marble? Especially pouring the white chocolate and making those lines with it. Thanks :)
