i betcha if any civilian attacked any cop with pepper spray, bean bags, or rubber bullets, that person will have charges filed against them for assault with a deadly weapon. if and when this takes place, that case NEEDS to be brought up before the Supreme Court for obvious reasons. no 'intent' for murder can be charged as these are all 'non-lethal' weapons used by the cops as the media TELLS us how safe they are for use. ;-)
