John Cena should have been the new Captain America in the upcoming Joe Johnston´s film. He was perfect for Steve Rogers! I knew it when I saw "The Marine".
I hope someday Cena make a superhero movie, he is the perfect choice.
I wasn't disappointed with this film cause all modern films are weaker than in the 80's and 90's. The Marine was modern version of Rambo, Commando, Die Hard etc. Action scenes were brilliant, John Cena can't act but who cares if you are such a good-looking, strong man. Schwarzenegger never showed nice acting. Manu Bennett was great 2. This film is one of my favorite Non-stop-action films of the 2000's (along with The Condemned (2007), Shoot 'Em Up (2007), Eagle Eye (2008), The Tournament (2009)
