hi first off youre amazing. i was wondering what type of hoop u used (weight, size, etc)? I have a 42" water weighted hoop that ive been using and its great for not falling down but not so great for tricks as it moves really slow and is quite heavy.
Hi your videos are really good inspiration for me, what size and weight hoops do you use, I started with a 2kg 40inch hoop but it feels so heavy to learn tricks with! Any suggestions?
Thank you very very much. I love having practice time. To either work on something, or just move around and see what happens. Anytime with a hoop is good time haha
Thank you Chrstina~ Its all about the music for me. Fast music, fast hooping, slow music, slow hooping. Just goin with the beats =) Your in Vancouver right? I think I saw your website. Im on Van island
Holy cow, girl, you are fugging amazing!! Your moves are incredible, and clearly well practiced. I have to ask: How do you decide what to practice each day? Do you keep a log or anything? Part of my problem is I'll work on something one day, then forget about it the next. Weeks may go by before I remember what I was working on. It seems like you may have some method to your practice. Though I could be wrong. :) Anyway, INCREDIBLE VIDEO.
Thank you very much. No I dont write anything down, I just think of different body parts I want to work on. I turn on the music and move~ If I really want to get good at a trick I practice it over and over until its pretty much stuck in my head, then move onto another one. :)
I watched your video, YOUR AWESOME! You have so many tricks and you are very gracefull. You ever think of trying smaller hoops? Opens a whole new door of hand tricks : ) SUPER FUN!
