@Kolashov As an active defense forces combatant of a country that's sharing a border with Russia, I can concur that Russian army is not as powerful as most of the world thinks. World war 2 has passed. Most of their hardware is rusting, their ecconomy is shaky at best. Soldiers would rather shoot their officers, whom riddicule and torture their subjects in ways many can't imagine. The forces that went to Georgia was about as much as Russia can throw atm + a few special forces units.
