  • Kinda like window pane back in the day, you freak for a bit and feel sick but once past it... oh yeah.

  • I hope their 'blessed' breath wasn't to potent ;)

  • ThisisUngood has a point but ibogaine lasts like 2 days

  • things like this makes me wish humans were still in tribes instead of this terrible society we have nowadays where we cherish the wrong thing its matter over mind now . i want my mind back

  • Western Society needs a "Right of passage" such as this. If we all took this we would understand our consequences of all our actions towards others. We would be more alert and respectful to other beings through this experience. I think this is a similar experience to when you die and have a "life review" he shares about his childhood and past experiences and you see it from the perspective of the other person you were with - very cool thank you for sharing PEACE.

  • that was a mad power puke session. The kind that goes up your nose there is so much.

  • Bruce looks mad young in this...is this before the Amazon show on BBC2?

  • thumbs up for Bruce, BBC, youtube and the internet. oh and psychedelics

  • This is just so interesting.

  • I love how he always is keen to try something new even when he knows he will spend much time vomiting! Psychedelics are cleansing, and sometime's it is neccessary to cleanse ones bodies of toxins...potent psychedelics do this for you whether them to or not. :)

  • voila 4:14

  • You no what i love about this dude,he's for real and nothing he dose is fake or set up like Bear Grylls,,Parry rules

  • doing iboga is hands down the most difficult and intense trip ive ever experienced. scary ass shit and happy this man had the courage to do it knowing what to exspect

  • @ElectrikBear trick is eat lots of it - iboga is general anaesthetic -- so you phyisically harm yourself

  • @ElectrikBear I'm curious as to what your trip was like. I love reading about people's experiences. I want to try it but haven't found anyone to sit and monitor me through it

  • Bruce Parry is so cool. I'd marry him in a second.

  • damn he puts bullemics to shame with his purge

  • Holy shit, that was a serious purge right there..

  • i wouldn't touch it... i'v done some bad shit in my life. and i would be much happier not being dragged back into it. he is extremely brave, and a total trooper.

  • @thepillsofhappiness one of the reasons to take the entheogen path is to confront the bad shit we did and do in our lives and learn from it... so you won't be "dragged back into it"

  • @thepillsofhappiness one of the reasons to take the entheogen path is to confront the bad shit we did and do in our lives and learn from it... so you won't be "dragged back into it"

  • @hempminded certain entheogens sure... lsd, mushrooms, ect... they can help me to analyse certain problems in my life, and things i am having trouble dealing with, and give me a new insight on it, helping me make peace with it.. but having read about this on the internet it is just a giant guilt trip to almost all who take it.. i see what you are saying, but iboga seems like an aggressive way to shove your face in all of your wrong doings, and make you feel horrible about them.. not my thing

  • WHAT A FUCKING CHAMP!!!

  • Iboga cures all addictions, including alcohol and heroin addiction. It's a gift that belongs to humanity and comes from God. For everything toxic and negative on this beautiful Earth, there is something equally as powerful and positive. Thank you for this truly human video giving the wider community perhaps, newfound respect for indigenous cultures that ,do not seek to unfairly manipulate profit from natures vast array of healing plants.

  • @nickgonewalkabout I would love to try hallucinogenic drugs. But are you aware of HPPD? It seems the majority of people who take these drugs experience it to some degree (you will hear only a very low percentage experience it, but this only represents the severe cases). This is what prevents me from doing it and as I've spoken to people in forums who have had it for decades.

  • @maneatingtoilets the shamanic journey, traditionally, is usually for a few. For people who are ready or prepared by village chiefs and medicine people. Too many are seeking this path without the right supervision or due care. Some are finding that their energy is being taken away from them. Time is usually the best indicator, and how Bruce develops after such an intense experience has yet to be seen. I wish him well, and trust that all will be well with the both of you.

  • "I can't help wondering what it'll do for me" Trip balls, natch.

  • I dont understand how something completely naturally grown, would be illegal in USA, UK e.t.c.

  • i want to try this to live a better life in the future and to cleanse my bondy mind and soul..

  • Im a firm believer that this drug is better than the medications they use for drug addiction.

  • I didn't know that Keith Richards administers iboga...

  • @RocknRollStudios keith richards has done everything on earth, he's just helping out the next generation

  • Bruce is the most interesting man in the world

  • I have a heart condition, and man I wouldn't be able to handle that. Is there an hallucinogen that doesn't cause heart palpitations?

  • This guy sounds exactly like I do when he vomits, precisely!

  • The United States, which I call home, fortunately as well as unfortunately, would apparently prefer to see man drown in the misery of pollution, violence, and suicide, rather than take a compassionate look at the alternative. Unless we change our attitude towards psychedelics NOW, we have no future as a species.

  • @ELECTRICPORT Really? Thats whats going to end the life of The United States, our strict rules on psychedelics? Not our continuously rising debt or bad foreign policies, not even if we happened to cause a nuclear war. Its our firm fist on psychedelics. Because life without legal recreational use of drugs in the U.S. is not a life that will future our species as a whole.

  • @ELECTRICPORT

    youre a forgettable idiot ...

  • Guys I am about to do ibogaine treatment soon but I am a bit scared. What do you think, should I be or not? The provider is great and a good man and he will send me in a private hospital with all the screening. I need some advices

  • @zmzizi just go with the flow. I can't give more advice

  • We are the dream of the dreamer...

  • WOW that was amazing !

  • Must be a powerful trip. It certainly must be heavy to be faced with the wrong one has caused. and feel the pain of others

  • j aprecie enormement de connaitre d autres cultures d autres facons de vivre je lui suit tres reconnaissante a Bruce de le faire pour l audiance MERCI

  • Iboga is a MIRACLE!!!

  • I think this drug helped bruce become enlightened and more humble

  • FUCK PROZAC, PAXIL AND WELLBUTRIN GO TO IBOGA AND IBOGAINE CLINICS IN MEXICO

  • I took a half eighth of powerful shrooms, on a bright sunny summer day, not bragging just to clarify, i dont see the point in bragging about drugs, but i digress. The trip was intense to say the least, spiritual in a sense. Psychodelics are an amazing thing. You feel that everything around you is synchronized, aka the butterfly effect if anyone is familier with that, its hard to explain, ive always wanted to trip on peyote.

  • What a fucking trooper

  • Interesting that Iboga chose to give Bruce a broad picture experience about the meaning of life.I believe the plant spirit new Parry was a messenger from the West who would relay the teaching to the masses as he did on the BBC,,,

  • ate too much lol , if he ate less and didnt puke his trip whould be better lol

  • ate too much lol

  • I doubt he would be into that

  • I want to bring him to a festival and feed him massive amounts of drugs

  • @RLhockey203 sorry dude im willing to bet that he isnt into all that.....and most of the people at festies are just looking to belong

  • Now imagine what our western world would be like if everybody took these things. We need to stop our hectic, suppressed lives for a few minutes and learn from people like these.

  • man if i was there id think i was with some aliens from another planet . Not advance ones, ones further behind us.

  • @SidneyXda spiritually these people are way ahead of us

  • Bruce is the coolest dude alive.

  • Iboga works !!!!

No deaths due to taken Iboga its self.

Another guy took Iboga at Sara's house in Amsterdam

To watch go on Current TV website then search Tripping in Amsterdam

We went in Febuary this year.

    Fixed my boyfriends addiction.

But the list is endless for what Iboga treats.

  • No way. LSD was enough. Now, cannabis is plenty.

  • whats the point taking more when you just puke it up again?

  • @dwaynedibbly the body partially digests it before he throws it up.. and in many natural hallucinogens such as peyote, shrooms, ergot (the organic version of LSD) throwing up actually activates the hallucinations to become active or much more vivid. He has to eat it for 2 days straight for the ritual if I remember correctly from the full video. When it comes to natural earthbound hallucinogens, puking is going to happen more often than not

  • @Adeptmind I don't care if it becomes more active my point is that I don;t want to ingest anything that makes me throw up violently as that is my body telling me it is being poisoned.

  • what's with the media's reluctance to use the term psychedelic?

  • @kayenta33 maybe cos psychedelic sounds too much like ....psychosis gasp!

  • 3:42 - I think most sophisticated drug enthusiasts know that look. :P

  • @Kullg4r I can attest to this.

  • I love you tube, how we can watch this stuff we could never see on TV.

  • @kruseman44 this show was on tv.

  • @kruseman44 this show was on TV.

  • @kruseman44 Huh? Except that this is a bbc documentary, that WAS on tv... American I presume? Land of the free...

  • mad props to bruce.

  • humbling...thats something alot of us modern life types could do with

  • much courage, the masks fall off, good for everybody

  • Seems like a super-empathic journey, not at all unlike the feeling that accompany NDE's but within the body and mind rather than out.
