Obama is getting desperate in his re-election and has chosen Oz as his pawn in his campaign. Military action will be hold on both sides until after the US election in Nov 2012 and after the Chinese change of leadership unless Philippines decided to do something silly as to provoke the Chinese militarily. In the mean time in Beijing, the Chinese leadership is trying to unravel whether this new US military development in Asia Pacific is just an election ploy or a real long term strategy..
