  • The main hiragana alphebet is real easy to memorize. It only takes a few afternoons to learn them.....

  • @LearnChineseJapanese Wow, it took several weeks or months when I learnt them at the age of 5 or 6, haha^^

  • SEI un Grande !!!

  • @gianfuzzi Thank you^^

  • i saw an image of a japanese keyboard and the A that is there is either hiragana or katakana...

  • @rafa3lico you should ignore them. Most of Japanese people use Roma-ji imput system. A pair of consonent and vowel in Roman alphabets. Trust me^^

  • They are learning the strokes of the letters

  • Last week they started learning the stroked

  • I have 3 chldren, one is 9, the other is 7, and the youngest is 4. All of them were born in japan, they are trying to learn Japanese. It takes som time. But tanks for putting up this video, you have been a big help!!!

  • @yasemin101123 I made a new play list. Go to my channel. and see my recent activity, there is a bulleten: new play list.

you can see the link to the playlist.

  • Arigatou, i Speak little englsh. Tankyou for uploading this video, my children are lerning japanese.

  • @yasemin101123 Welcome. I don't have any children. Actually I'm still single. So only I can do is just imagine how does it feel if children are learning languages. You want to help them, right? How old are they? How long have they learned Japanese? Are they have teachers or they learn it by themselves? What are their native languages? Do they speak English?

  • Hi, good and interactive videos, but i have a cuestion, is KI right? i mean i've been looking in hiragana simbols and looks like that き i dont know what is the difference

  • @whiskeyinthehouse きand さ are only for typographic letters. You shold write like how I'm writing in this video.

  • @MasamuneJJ Ok thanks for your time MasamuneJJ sensei

  • I just wanted to say thank you SO much! I am Japanese and I went to a Japanese school and in Elementary school I knew how to write Hiragana and speak Japanese. But, I moved to the US and I forgot all of my Japanese and all my Hiragana so I am trying my best to learn Japanese now. This helped me greatly.

  • @snuggylilangel I forgot all of what I had learned in Elementary school, either^^

Maybe they could be replaced further knolege, but could remain somewhere over the rainbow. Since you're not in Japan anymore, you've got to follow the yellow brick road and to make friends with three fellows. You can find them at Lang-8 dot com. At the left sid of the bottom of my channel, there's a link to Lang-8 ^^

  • @MasamuneJJ I have forgotten all that I have learned in Elementary School, too. (best English correction of your sentence) :) ~ kisses to Masamaune

  • @ManekiNeko28 Thanks for your correction and kisses. Kiss from Japan, too^^

  • Wow this helped me alot. I have been trying to learn all the letters and how to write them, i have been having trouble writing the letters. now i know how to write them. thanks

  • @lXxEmokittenxXl That's good, Destiny^^ Take your time. If you've learn to how to write them, learning Japanese is going to be easier. Because, teaching Japanese with Hiragana letters is easier than with Roman alphabet. So you can get more information from your teacher if you can write and read Hiragana. :p

  • This is great! Would be so fun to have you as teacher in real xD

  • @Celestestes Thanks, Emmy^^i am making Japanese basicsentence patterns lesson at my web-site. So after you finish hiragana, katakana, and some kanji, you can learn how to make Japanese sentence from my web site :p

  • thank you. this was really helpful!

  • @ichigoflavored Welcome^^ After you learnig through these videos, please make them cute like your fashion. Make them round shape and make them dance!!! I will be happy to wtch them if you will have done! :p

  • FAIL MAGIC!!! But yeah thanks for the vid

  • @zaldude HAHA :D.Thanks!

  • Thank you for making this video!

  • @mistermjones2009 You're welcome.I practiced very hard for my handriting watchable enough before I made this video.^^

  • haha nice ending...thanks for your help..great video

  • thanks a lot, i couldn't figure out how to write the え properly (so that IME handwriting would recognize it).

Oh, and would you please tell me if i am right: Kanji are used because it is very hard to read sentences written entirely in Hiragana (you can't see where the words end, and there are a lot of symbols X_X), aren't they?

  • Yes,i think you're right.Because if i write all in hiragana, it would be easier than write with both kanji and kana. But it must be very difficult to read.

  • 私の名前はnarutofan9999.

    わたしのなまえはnarutofan9999.

Yeah, theres definately a difference in length and readability.

  • oh, and i still wonder whats the difference between writing 名 and 名前?

  • 名 is used in writing as indicating:

    First name,

Part of combined words which are related to NAME or FAME.

名前 is one of them which indicates the NAME.

  • I am guessing 名 just means name (as in, oh, that is a nice name), and when you add 前 it becomes useable, as in (My name is)

  • if you meant that "good-name" as a combined words consisting of a modifier "good " and "NAME",i think your guessing is getting the point.

前is used as a modifier for expressing some politeness in this case.

    But you can say

    良い名前ですね。Waht a good name !

it is a sort of idiomatic phrase.

    So we don't say 良き名にて候。

it is old fashion use. :p

  • sorry for writing so many comments, youtube keeps telling me that my comments are too long even though i have like 200 chars left.

  • Alright,your question is interesting.^^

  • haha nice one but stupid the joke anyways, i've been watching ur videos to see how to write japanese and yeah...

  • and yeah...

    haha nice comment.

  • I enjoyed your videos on hiragana and katakana very much. Would it be possible for you to post something similar for counting?

  • Oh,sorry for late to reply your comment. you can see some of them in my kanji lessons.

  • Hi! I am just learning and I like the beginning of your video. How come in showing the tamago, you showed characters that were not in your presentation? Nice job on the video. I look forward to seeing the others.

  • Yes,you are right.tamagoたまご and zouぞう were not in my presentation. The reason is because i wanted to use Zouぞう.There is a very famous sentence for Japanese-learning:

    ぞうははながながい。"zou wa hana ga nagai"

it means "An elephant has a long trunk(nose)."

This sentence was presented by Mr.Akira MIKAMI(1903~1971).He had contributed to the study of Japanese grammar.

So i wanted to show the elephant with some joke.

  • A-ha! I see! Kinda like the children's song "Zou-san". I liked the joke by the way! Please make more videos.

  • Yeah,that's too.

Thank you for your comment ! ^^

  • Masumune does magic too!? lol and nice vid keep it up!

  • i just tried to entertain my subscribers with some joke or something unusual,to make them happy during they would study basic part of Japanese language.i hope it will relief from the pain of monotonous work on their studying.

  • Oh,of course it is on my to do list in the near future.Thank you for watching!:)

  • Nice video any chance of some katakana ones in the near future? :)
